Prior to joining the executive search business, Nina had 17 years of management experience, the last 10 years as a CEO of an international company within the knowledge and information industry, responsible for their operations in Norway and Denmark. She has also worked in the US, France and the UK in various positions.

Nina holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor (DIFM) in market communications, psychology, sociology, consumer behavior, marketing management and finance from NMH/ BI School of Business.
