Sales Director - Indirect sales
We are looking for a successful sales manager to energize some of our indirect sales teams. You need to have a great drive and good structure. If you combine this with a modern tool kit suitable for complex account management towards partners that sell pricy consumer services, we think you could be a great match.
We are not necessarily looking for an industry expert; we have lots of them - with strong personal and client relationships. Rather, we are looking for someone to add new drive, methods and perspectives to bring this market up to 1 billion NOK.
Our brand is one of the best known and liked in Norway. We are growing rapidly with healthy margins.
You need to have very strong drive and great interpersonal skills. You will most likely have lead team leaders and KAMs before, preferably dealing with some international sales. You need to be very structured and have strong CRM, Excel and PowerPoint skills - as we are very analytically driven.
In addition to your own indirect sales forces, you will also require services from our CRM, Marketing, Customer Service and ecommerce departments to drive your own direct sales. You therefore need to have skills in these areas as well.
- Open for some travel globally
- Fluent in English and Norwegian/Scandinavian
- Current work permit in Norway
