Sales Manager EMEA - Stavanger

Are you able to sell digital software solutions to oil and gas customers?

Do you have a passion for building international relations, closing deals and create customer satisfaction?

Then this role might be made for you!

Your responsibility will be to maintain (50%) and expand (25%) existing accounts and close new business (25%), divided equally between Norway and Europe. The position reports to the Global Commercial Director and is based in Stavanger, Norway.

We believe the right candidate may have some of the following characteristics:

  • Experience from sales/commercial negotiations in the Oil & Gas sector, ideally within Drilling and Wells
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with software solution sales, ideally SaaS
  • Professional English mastery, Norwegian is an advantage, not a prerequisite
  • Willingness to travel 50+ days a year
