Head of CSM - Large Accounts - SaaS Company

Are you commercial, service oriented and digitally savvy? Are you able to handle key customers and build a Customer Success Management team with 4-6 people over the next 12 months?

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success Management - Large Accounts for our client, who is the leader in their field in the Nordic market and more advanced than comparable players internationally. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Norwegian and English, and a strong project and team manager. Experience from consulting or real estate sales could be beneficial.

Location: Oslo.
