As a prospective client you should ask us to sit down and discuss your needs on a non-committing basis. We tailormake the process and input for all our assignment to best meet the client's needs and expectations.

At Panamera IMD, we have no fixed process that we will force on every client; rather, we design individualized processes that fit the culture of the client and the need for the specific search.

We begin our process by analyzing the situation up front to ensure we get the candidate profile right and also so we can sell your opportunity with credibility. We’ll keep you updated and involved in the process as much as you like, and we follow up with candidates long after the search is complete and the candidate is on board. We can also help design a separate on-boarding plan if that is needed.
