We sometimes advertise the positions as a support to the research we do, or if the client wants to use the ad in a marketing effort. However, we can also use advertising as the main source for finding candidates, but we should then really have talked through if we think that is the most appropriate way to find the best talents for the organization – most times it is not and most likely you do not need a supplier like us - who invest heavily in our research capability, techniques and sources.
