Our client is a PE owned agency that creates result-generating campaigns for global top brands and a software to go along with their offering. They are headquartered in Oslo, operating in the Nordics and on their way to Europe. They are looking for an ambitious, analytical and hands on Business Development Director to lead their international expansion, Software initiative, and explore additional commercial opportunities in close cooperation with the CFO/CEO and owner representatives. A role with a lot of freedom to create value and to contribute to the successful sale of the company in 2-3 years.

The ideal candidate for this position likely has 2-6 year experience from strategic management consulting, is self-motivated, structured, and hungry for impact.
